John Lovie, president of ETI, is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
He has lived in England and Holland as well as the US, and speaks Dutch, French, Spanish and German.
 
European base
ETI has a new European base is in Portchester, Hampshire, England. This new location is convenient to London, London's Gatwick Airport, and Channel ferries to France and Spain.
